EACH VISIT INCLUDES:
WATER LEVEL CHECK - Ensuring the water level is correct and that proper flow is maintained for optimal circulation and performance.
TEMPERATURE & HEATER INSPECTION – Verifying that your heater is working efficiently and maintaining the ideal soaking temperature.
DEBRIS REMOVAL– Suctioning out leaves, dirt, and buildup to keep your tub clean and inviting.
WATER CHEMISTRY BALANCING – Testing and adjusting all chemical levels for safe, crystal-clear water. (All chemicals are included in weekly and bi-weekly plans.)
FILTER MAINTENANCE– Rinsing filters every other month to ensure maximum flow and extend the life of your equipment.
SURFACE CLEANING – Wiping down and removing the scum line and residue around the entire tub for a spotless finish.

$150 – DRAIN & FILL SERVICE - A full water replacement that includes complete chemical balancing and a deep clean of your hot tub. Perfect for seasonal refreshes or after heavy use.
$200 – MONTHLY PLAN - Includes weekly cleanings and all necessary chemicals. Ideal for homeowners who want a consistently clean, well-balanced tub without lifting a finger.
$100 – BI-WEEKLY PLAN - Includes every other week cleaning and all chemicals. A great option for light-use tubs or vacation homes that don’t need weekly attention.
$250 – MONTHLY PLAN (AIRBNB & RENTALS) - Designed for high-use rental properties, this plan includes weekly cleanings and all chemicals to ensure guests always enjoy a spotless, perfectly balanced soak.
$50 – EXTRA CLEANINGS - Need a touch-up between scheduled visits? Extra cleanings are available anytime.
$25 – SNOW REMOVAL FEE - Applied only when snow removal is required to access the hot tub during winter months.
